Water Resources Web Map - Help - Map Layers

You can change how the map looks by turning layers on or off. 

  • Access the layers by clicking the Map Layers tab to the left of the map.
  • Expand or collapse layer groups by clicking the (+) or (-) boxes to the left of that layer group.
  • Turn on a layer (or all layers in a layer group) by checking the box for that layer or group.

Some of the Map Tools are designed to work with specific Map Layers. For instance, the Select tools work with Water Device Points and Water Places of Use. The Identify tool can work with Shoreline Photos, Parcels, and Gauging Stations.
